21 Swans

When we sat on the bridge at the water, we shared

bagels with cheese, you played Turkish music.
Suddenly we saw swans coming from under the bridge.
About 10 of them, white and big, they surrounded us,
stayed for a while and started to slide away.
Then we saw more swans coming from the left.
I counted - it was 21! You, water, sun, Turkish music, and 21 swans.
Sometimes life is more beautiful
than we could imagine.
